[Cob] Cob--colors and FLOOR PARTY

Trying for next Sunday.  Early June has lots and lots of commitments.

We should be ready to put the earthen floor in the little room in the barn, 
if we work very hard indeed!

Southern Middle Tennessee, let me know if you can come!  Might or might not 
be blind leading the blind.  But there will be food, and ice tea, a 
watermelon cooling in the stream, might be some beer, but not for me.

Current idea--I'm told it's a pretty good idea to put reinforcement around 
the main door, ceramic tiles is what the person who told the person who told 
me used.  I'm wondering about rubber mats--like those deorative "looks like 
iron"  or an anti-fatigue with lots of holes in them.  We'll probably do one 
of these as our test-on-the-floor.

And little wooden strips as screed boards in a pattern.  Nailed into the 
gravel.  After drying and shrinkage, pull them out and put a different 
colored mix into the voids.  Wondering about that--ideas welcome--lime, 
maybe, but darker would be nice.
