[Cob] Willing to work

My husband and I are looking for someone in the Austin, TX area who needs 
help building their cob house.  We are wanting some hands on experience with 
this building technique.

Also, for those who have cob houses in the central Texas area, I would like 
to know how they stand-up to Texas summers.  I don't think I'm real clear on 
the thermal mass vs. insulation thing and am wondering which is better for 
building here...straw bale or cob.
