[Cob] Important message for US web site owners

Maybe only if cob houses are considered to be "public accomodation."  There 
is a note on another (semi-) natural building forum that a blind man built 
his own house with not all that much help from his friends.

It would be very nice if all web sites were readable by screen readers.  Is 
it possible that plain text such as this and many other mailing lists use is 
by definition screen readable?
