We're about an hour north of Austin, Texas.  We get an
average of about 33" a year rainfall.  The overhangs
on our house are 3ft.

Where is this house located?  US?  Which state.
Am curious about climate and some architectural
elements.  Like, it must be in a dryer area.  The
overhang looks minimal for a 2 story structure, in a
