[Cob] Foundation trenches

We have had good work from a mini-backhoe Kubota digger. It is wheeled 
rather than tracked like a Bobcat, so churns up the ground much less. The 
arm on the back takes different width scoops for different width trenches 
and can reach down about 5-6 feet. It is small so there is less disturbance 
to the site and a skilled driver can be very careful about where he is 
going. Still need to keep an eye on them to avoid over-tidying and dumping 
spoil in the wrong places. Paying cash is often good...
