[Cob] Earthbag foundation

Hi,

Does anyone know how a moisture barrier works with an
earthbag foundation?  I'm thinking of filling the bags
with gravel.  I know its important to "sunscreen it". 
Does the final plaster extend to the ground?  Is the
moisture barrier on the ground or at the top of the
earthbags?
