[Cob] cob building in the south

I bought 4 1/2 beautiful acres a year ago in northern New Mexico. There are 
several parcels in the same area for sale, owner financed. I am a single 
woman, not young and have been joyfullybuilding my own house since the day I 
closed. At first I was going to do cob but have decided to use papercrete
