[Cob] Moisture Barrier Mobile Home

I keep forgetting, there is no need for a scratch coat
or to go over vinyl that I can see. I might be mixed
up on what her plan is though. If she is building from
the ground up she can have free standing structure
with air or gravel between the cob and the siding or
remove the siding and fill in between the studs.
Either way, she is not connecting cob to the siding,
correct?
