santakunz, thank you for the link. I will research it.

Brent, Thank you for the suggestion. I have come up
with some design idea's for putting cultural symbols
on the bench such as Meso-American / Celtic / Asian /
African iconography. A come together theme, if you
will. Still working out the details. I'll be sending
out a notice to the neighbors for an opportunity to
contribute. The problem isn't really gangster's, it's
teen's putting    gang signitature's on every possible
object.
