hello all, my wife and i are planning on building a small cob house in central virginia, near charlottesville. i am wondering if anybody knows of existing houses in virginia, and what the regulatory environment is like. i am hoping to not have to hide the house deep in the woods. if anybody has ideas or good east coast folks to contact, please let me know. thanks, dave berzonsky
