A 63-page pdf booklet (July 2004) from Dachverband Lehm e.V. - 
"Promoting the culture of building with earth." For such a thorough 
list, it seems odd not to include cob, even under the guise of 
monolithic adobe. Much of interest, however.

"This brochure aims to provide an understandable and 
factually-grounded general introduction to building with earth. It 
details information about earth as a building material and its 
properties, as well as an overview of construction techniques, their 
application and individual requirements. However, it does not provide 
specific information for preparing earthen building materials, design 
details or technical guidelines for building with earth."
