Hi Ocean,
I appreciate your input on this subject. It is an idea
I hadn't thought of.
During the construction of a conventional building,
there can be 7 or 8 inspections, one for rebar in the
foundation, French drains to lead water away from the
house, patio drain inspection, roof gutter drain
inspection (it might be important to drain roof water
away from the house after it comes to ground level),
framing for rafters, ruff in electrical, finish
electrical, ruff in plumbing (with pressure gauge),
finish plumbing, hydronic heat PEX in floor, roofing
sheeting nailing inspection, waste water inspection,
mechanical for vents, shower door and occupancy.
Would cob have a lot of different systems in their
houses that would they be inspected?
