[Cob] Cob to Code on Vancouver Island - Ecosense Home

My apologies is this has been already posted.  

A couple living in the Highlands of Victoria BC, are in the process of building a load bearing cob house to code.  They are not using any post and beam to do this.  Furthermore, they've integrated the use of pumice stone into the cob mix to give an insulation value of ~ R20. Mixing with a rototiller,  it's also quite fast to build with because of the pumice addition.   With the help of local specialists, they even included some unique earthquake resistant strategies.   Amazing and encouraging stuff!
