Join us as we explore the art of earthen oven building and bread-baking with
an emphasis on wild yeasts.

 

.      Learn earthen oven design & building

.      Work with natural plasters

.      Harvest wild yeast for breads

.      Experience a 200 year old sourdough

.      Sunday afternoon earthen oven baked pizza-feast!

 

Cost is $100 and includes instruction, materials, and camping.
