[Cob] Ferro Cement & Cob

[Ocean Liff-Anderson]

Ferro cement is impervious to water, often used to make water tanks.   
So it would make a great foundation for cob, however the cost is  
often prohibitive.  Ferro cement is much more expensive than portland.
