[Cob] permit

Great to hear.  We have 1 permitted Strawbale here in Kitsap, county, WA 
and would love to see Cob get into codes.

I ended up selling out and buying an old stick built home from 1924 but 
i have not given up my dream of the hand sculpted house ;)
