Do you have a chimney for a fireplace in your home? My solution is to 
place my tanks just outside the chimney on a platform and to insulate 
them as much as possible. I can then run tubing for hot water through 
the chimney and still gravity feed both lines to the kitchen then to the 
bathroom. The angle will be from about 10 foot to 8 foot.

Still trying to figure out how to pump from 35 feet below to the tanks 
if the rain runoff isn't enough.
