cob oven recipes

Hello, cobbers!

Two of us avid cobbers are scheduling a number of weekend cob oven events here
in Central Texas.  We would like to include a couple of recipes in with our
instruction sheets.  Maybe even bake something when the ovens are finished! 
If you have recipes you have made with success, please let me know.  Or a
cookbook that has some good ones.  Post here or email directly to me
