I need to find out if the region I live in would be suitable for straw 
bale construction. I live in northeastern Arkansas.  We are in a Seismic 
Zone 3 (but I understand these structures tend to be very earthquake 
resistant).  What really concerns me is the high humidity here.  Moisture 
shields are required for conventional building.
