You might try Kaki and Doni's Website

They have a picture of an oven that is made with cob that was built Quebec
and Pueblo style.

Also... I just completed (except for the fine tuning) a 10' inside diameter
X 6' in heighth sweat/suana made from cob.  It looks like a very large oven.
