Cob list archive searching

I may be slow, but if it gets on my to-do list, it eventually gets done
:-)

I now have a search engine up and running.  It is setup to search
everything on my web site, including all of the coblist archives.
Between this and the addition of the indexes and access to the individual
messages a couple weeks ago, you should now (hopefully) be able to quickly
find anything my site has to offer.
