Everywhere I went, people seemed to = love it. People often specifically thanked me for including social and = economic issues which serve to round out what is otherwise a rather = broad overview of natural building with a sprinkling of appropriate = technology and permaculture. =20 One development that is rather exciting for me is that, thanks to the = efforts and generosity of various event organizers, I actually started = making enough money on this tour that I now know that I can set up a = much more ambitious tour and not go broke doing it. I'm thinking of a = tour back through California and then into the southwest. I'll devote a = subsequent post to my upcoming tour, but meanwhile..... =20 I want to thank the organizers of various events without whose hard work = many hundreds of people would not have been exposed to my presentation = and to natural building generally. Many thanks to: =20 Timonie Hood at the EPA offices in San Francisco Barbara of the Green Party in Modesto Bob & Open Secret Bookstore in San Rafael=20 David Baker of New College in Santa Rosa=20 Selene Vega & Frank de Winter of the Environmentl Council in Santa Cruz=20 The Patagonia Store in Santa Cruz=20 Bob Banner of Hopedance Magazine in San Luis Obispo=20 Wes Roe & Margie Bushman of the South Coast Permaculture Guild in Santa = Barbara=20 Oscar of the Community Environmental Council Gildea Resource Center in = Santa Barbara=20 David White of the Ojai Permaculture Guild in Ojai=20 Suza Francina, Mayor pro tem of Ojai=20 Lois Arkin of the L.
