Cob: Cob Cottage site update

I have just completed some updates of the Cob Cottage web site including:

   1 - Added over 40 new images to the pictures page, including a number
       of cob oven pictures (one of the most common requests I get) and
       some pictures of the cob making process.
   2 - Added a number of workshops to the 2000 schedule.
   3 - Added a link to a multi-media presentation on Cob Cottage put
       together by "Inner Explorations"
