Cob: COB INTEREST IN MISSOURI

I'm new to the list and new to cobbing. Discovered cob building while
searching straw bale on the internet. I'm fascinated and excited. My biggest
concern right now is whether a cob home is practical in Missouri where,
while there's a good clay mixture, you could have a lot of rock to go
through to get at it. I'd be interested to hear from anyone who may have
experience building with cob in Missouri.
