Cob: 'allo?

hello
jest checkin to make sure there still is a coblist i'm subscribed to...
Is everyone dormant in cob manufacturing for the winter season, or is my email fouled?  It recently changed ownership (lousy web-based mail) and I'm not sure it works correctly anymore... I've had problems recieving other email since the new "layout/format"...
I haven't seen anything in a couple of weeks (since I posted queries about the poured cob/adobe patio I'm contemplating)  Angelfire I knew was part of the Lycos "collective" yet since Lycos recently changed the whole theing, making email more difficult to check and/or write many many troubles have arrived -- any possible suggestions for a new FREE web-based (or otherwise) email suggestions?  I've looked at (and very much like) http://openflows.org yet I can't do the $50/year they ask, and I would, I very much believe in their system (as a "socialist" to use a lable) but I'm living on borrowed dollars at the moment.  Lousy artist, I have yet to sell a painting...
This "democratizing" thang called "internet" has turned into the huge capitalist/dictatorist user un-friendly beast...
