Ola, Managed to get the plaster to stick to some very slick stabilized adobes. I am looking for an off-whitish color for the finish. Perhaps an Aliz, a la Carole Crews. Has anybody used "pond sand" or fines. I know it's not sand. What about just a limewash over the plaster. What could I color the lime with to alter the color a bit? Casein wash? When to use it and how to make it? Or just a clay wash over the plaster?
