Cob: Cost per square foot

Hi,

Has anyone calculated what a cob, slipstraw, or a woodframed 
house-cob/slipstraw combination would cost to build per square foot, 
particularly if the work is contracted out?  Many building/home improvement 
sites give such per square foot figures for conventional home 
building.  Can someone answer this very interesting question?
