Just read The Cobber's Handbook and have a question regarding the living =
roof.  The suggestion was a layer of plywood and then some cushioning =
and then an impermeable membrane. Do you anchor this layer down somehow =
or just keep on with the next layer which would be cardboard or carpet =
scraps. =20
