Cob: Machine mixing methods.

I've used a paddle mixer as well but found the rubber scrubbers to be a problem so
we took them out and found the straw did the scrubbing just fine and we didn't get
the machine jammed with straw and bits of gravel. Perhaps they had been too tight
but it worked fine without them.  I expect a bread mixer might do the same but one
won't know until one tries it.
