Yes, humidity is quite high. I address that issue by using fans and having very few interior walls. I have one fan located over my north facing front door where a opening like the old doors with the window over the door allows hot air to flow, well I have a fan over it blowing inward, then place misc fans around the house, plus I have one ceiling fan, then vents (tubes) at various place around the house. Thus even with mostly fixed windows, I still get a fair amount of airflow, plus I believe the lime plasters absorb a fair amount of moister.
