I would like to say that I think it is sad that you would look to the west
for architectural answers when
the answers more than likely exist where you are. The western record for
environmental and architectural
sustainability in general is to my knowledge pretty poor. I'm not suggesting
that there aren't any good ideas
floating around out here but if there are, they are probably based directly
or indirectly on ideas that originated
in your part of the world. I would direct you to Nader Khalili's website -

I myself am very much a layman but I've read enough of Mr. Khalili's work to
believe that he would possibly be
the best person for you to talk to.
