Hi Mattthew...yes the NHL rep here said the same thing...on the compressive numbers, there was a UK co, a while back but they are not importing to the US after all ,so we on this side of the big waters could not get it easily, or at all. now this hydraulic lime seems ideal for some purposes, such as the marine or highly wet envions you described. thanks for the info I am always collecting data on lime use ( gee, somebody has to) he also showed samples of layers of lime mortar/plaster over strawbale, wire mesh, clay- but using such expensive lime when out own limes at one-fifth the cost does ot make sense, except where conditions require it.
