the fact that one is canadian means as little as the fact that one is an
american. what matters is the quality of life one persues and the choices
one makes in life. thinking that your being born american makes you somehow
better smarter whatever is a fantasy of your imagination.
lets see, 4 thousand an acre for land with no trees, no roads only
grading, no power only power lines "to lake mead estates" , no water and
requiring very deep wells, very little rainfall. and its not yours for five
years
for 4 thousand an acre
there is a lot of prime land available throughout the us, land with water
and woods and feilds. places where you can actually live without having to
haul water home, which will never work for gardeners and fruit tree, berry,
rose or other flower freaks.
that land is not much of a bargain.
yes we do things here, people everywhere do things. some of us just prefer
to do smarter things than others. i worked and saved and worked and saved
some more. but then i didnt borrow a dime and i bought good land not cheap
land.
i have 26 acres with a creek 2 branches three springs 14 acres of feild and
12 of hardwoods and no neighbors. and all for less than 10 acres of this
"cheap land" costs for cash.
oh yeah i forgot, at lake mead you do get street signs and a survey when you
buy, i didnt get a street sign, but then again there are no streets here.
