[Cob] Cob & earthbag construction

I'm interested in meeting people who have built with
cob and/or earthbag around the San Francisco Bay Area
and Central California.  It is my goal to build my own
natural cottage and to start this year.  Building with
earth appeals to me for economic and aesthetic
reasons.  Plus it resonates with the mud-loving kid I
once was.  :-)  If there is anyone in those areas (or
within an hour or so) who has built with these
techniques, please contact me.  I'd love to "pick your
brain" and check out the fruits of your labor.  Also,
if anyone knows of cob or hybrid buildings in the area
that I could visit, please let me know.
