A reminder that there are some spaces left for a workshop in the construction of a commercial sized cob oven on The Gristmill Historic site in Keremeos BC on the dates of June 12-13.This is a large outdoor creekside oven set amongst the apricot trees.This is part of our oven and bread making symposium also featuring Alan Scott who will be also constructing a workshop in the construction of a large masonary oven. We have creekside camping,a cafe on site, and will include the breakfast and lunch,lots going on in the way of music and crafts and heritage wheat growing and gardens.
