The roof is in the process of becoming a living roof - shed style, with wrap around porches. There will be an 86' greenhouse across the front that will be used to treat grey water. The top of the greenhouse will have custom built solar hybrids to power and heat the home and greenhouse. The heat will be pumped into a deep heat sink radiant floor with R30 insulation.
