I know this has been discussed before, and do I remember correctly that
someone said that Ianto Evans was working on a little how-to book?

Since I'm building my little garden wall, I thought how neat it would be
to do a heated bench with it. More practicing! However, it's not likely
that I wil get to go to a seminar in Oregon anytime soon, but I sure
would be willing to pay for some printed instructions if anything is
available. How do you learn how to do this without going to a seminar?

Is there anything available out there on how to do this?
