[Cob] greenhouse cob

I'm planning to build a cob solarium/greenhouse next summer in Yukon,
northern Canada. The solarium will be attached to the main log
house. The present wood structure has caused molding and other
humidity related damage when it was used as a full greenhouse, but
seems to withstand being used for starter plants in spring and some
bucket tomatoes. Can anyone offer advice or suggestions on using cob
for an attached greenhouse/solarium? What would be the best way to
use the thermal mass? And what would be the best way to finish the
cob to avoid damage from humidity. Appreciate your input. thank
   you. Ava
