Folks,

PLEASE take a few moments to honor your readers by editing your post.  Most
of today's space (probably 90%) was given over to reprints of entire posts,
unedited, appended to new posts.  Those of us with slow dial-up connections
rant about the waste, and the cluttering of cyberspace is ironic on a list
where we talk sustainability and conservation of resources.  Just copy the
few relevant lines to which you are responding, paste them in your new post,
and write your response. The reader bears some responsibility for becoming
familiar with a topic she just jumps in on, so you don't have to repeat
everything that's been posted in the last two days.  Make sure you delete
all the format lines on the bottom of each post, too.
