Hi all,

Looks like the free ride on building code compliance in Cochise County, AZ is over.

Enforcement of the newly adopted 2003 International Building Code will be extended from those high-growth areas to Bisbee beginning April 1. Over the next three years the county will extend its enforcement to areas that will include Douglas, Willcox and Elfrida, then continue the building standards to rural communities in the eastern portion of the county like Portal, Bowie and San Simon. see article of Jan 16, 2005 in the Arizona Daily Star http://www.azstarnet.com/dailystar/relatedarticles/57123.php
