[Cob] Silverfish, Tornadoes, and Humidity -- and roof!

The chains are an alternative to downspouts.  One advantage is they never
plug up with leaves, evergreen needles, etc.

I've seen pictures of this house before.  It could be in British Colombia.
Looks like cedar boughs behind the house.
