[Cob] Cob near Minnesota

I am wondering if there is anyone building with cob near Minnesota this summer?  Buy the time I take off work, pay for a workshop, and pay for travel expenses, it would be to costly for me....after all, I'm interested in building with cob because of it's low impact on my cash flow.

Would love to learn and help with a cob project!
