RE. [Cob] sustainability

I apologize for my part in upsetting anybody. It's not why I am on this list 
and I know this is a cob list not a forum for heated political debate, but 
we are all a part of something larger here. We discuss how to BUILD OUR 
HOMES contrary to current conventional "wisdom" and that is a huge thing.

For the record, I do not think we are doomed. I think we are mostly well in 
the larger scheme of things. But I am not afraid to observe, recognize and 
discuss some of the things on our planet that could be changed for the 
better.

We're all in the same boat. Some of us are  chopping out wood from the 
bottom to build up the sides as we sink and I think we are all trying to 
guide ourselves in a better way of managing the boat.

Keep on cobbing!................................but don't sink the boat!
