[Cob] Permitting recent convetional building experience

In portland, OR I was told by the building Dept, as an
onwer builder of conventional building tech, that they
would look over calculations I made if they looked
like I know how to make the calcs. No structural
engineer Stamp Needed! I didn't know how, so I hired a
struc engineer who produced a booket with graphs etc
and technical details. I past the first time. I did
the architectual drawings myself with just a pen and a
ruler in just 3 weeks!
