[Cob] Approved cob in Australia?

I am trying to build a cob extension in Australia but require a building surveyor anywhere in Australia who has approved cob. After lots of searching I still cannot find one! Does anybody know of either a building surveyor who has approved the technique or of somebody who has officially built their home in Australia with cob?
