[Cob] need link to free rocket stove plans

The plans from SANCO's post all reference the rocket-type cooking  
stoves commonly advocated in Africa.  Ianto's mass heater rocket  
stove features a double-heat chamber and cob-encased flue, and is  
quite different than all the stoves referenced by SANCO.

The only plans I know of for Ianto's cob rocket stove are found in  
the book "Rocket Mass Heaters" written by Ianto Evans and Leslie  
Jackson.  The book can be purchased from Cob Cottage Company for only  
$18 and has a plethora of information and advice, as well as pitfalls
