[Cob] Garden wall foundationShody Ryon qi4u at yahoo.comSat Jul 12 18:55:40 PDT 2008
This sounds like a trick question ;-) Is the ground the same elevation on both sides of the wall? how tall will the wall be? is the wall holding anything up or back? what would the consequences be if the wall moved and cracked or fell? is there any slope in the ground near the wall? Is the wall located near any structure such as a house, out house or well? will the wall have any lateral or vertical pressure on it? What is the purpose of the wall? --- On Sat, 7/12/08, silkworm at spiderhollow.com <silkworm at spiderhollow.com> wrote: > From: silkworm at spiderhollow.com <silkworm at spiderhollow.com> > Subject: [Cob] Garden wall foundation > To: coblist at deatech.com > Date: Saturday, July 12, 2008, 8:15 PM > Does a foundation on a garden wall need to be as deep as a > house wall?_______________________________________________ > Coblist mailing list > Coblist at deatech.com > http://www.deatech.com/mailman/listinfo/coblist
