thanks damon, that was me that posted it, it is on the coast which is
a milder more cob friendly environment...cheers, my research thus far
has me thinking/feeling that straw bale is the way to go, we are dry
enough for it to not have to worry much about moisture problems....on
the of interest list is rammed earth (with an insulated thermal
break), log (our most abundant resource locally and a bit less labour
intensive than rammed earth me thinks), and cob or light clay infill.
