[Cob] (Cob) Mold and fungus (Neva in Okla.)neva neva at cowboy.netTue Jan 5 16:07:09 CST 2010
I have found that full strength 35% food-grade H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) is excellent at killing black mold spots around the sink. It could be a healthy alternative to the chlorine bleach. The baking soda & vinegar sounds like a good idea but I have not tried it. However, I do know people with thrush (white mold on tongue) in their mouth benefit from raw apple cider vinegar. --Neva (in north central Oklahoma) -----Original Message----- From: coblist-bounces at deatech.com [mailto:coblist-bounces at deatech.com] On Behalf Of coblist-request at deatech.com Sent: Tuesday, January 05, 2010 2:00 PM To: coblist at deatech.com Subject: Coblist Digest, Vol 8, Issue 3 ------------------------------ Re: Message: 6 Date: Mon, 4 Jan 2010 21:02:47 -0500 From: Bryan <bryantree at gmail.com> Subject: Re: [Cob] mold or fungus? But Baking soda & vinegar are excellent for killing mold. I would use baking soda and a little water to wash it off. Then soak some vinegar on it. It is not possible or wise to kill all mold as it lives everywhere.
