[Cob] Cob Mansion in Nelson, NZ

Hi,

I've been reading the list for about a year and love learning about cob.  I am currently in New Zealand on the north island.  In "The Hand Sculpted House" there is mention of a cob mansion in Nelson, NZ which survived two earthquakes.  I want to visit it if possible while I'm here.  Does anyone know where this house is exactly and if they allow the public to see the house?
